We offer hosting services for companies. We aim not to compete in price but in quality. For years, we have observed that the staff of the companies don't know the technical terms related to these services. They often don't know how much disk space will they need and how much traffic its web site will have. Our offers are always adapted to the profile of each site at a reasoneable prices. We don't have closed solutions to offer because every web, as every client, is unique for us.
We increase the capacities prograssively as the client needs it, Thus preventing clients from paying disk space or traffic not used. Clients who have to pay an extra because their web site has been very successful (we show it to them statistically) use to be very glad about these extra charges.
When clients aren't satisfied with theirs current hosting services and wish to contract ours, we offer them a Plan of Contingency. It consists of a series of necessary actions to migrate from the current hosting, including email accounts, to the new server. Our Plan includes:
- Writing the notification to change the hosting. If minimal collaboration exists, the migration process is very fast and usually avoids email losses.
- Drafting a postscript to be included for a week close in every email's signature.
- Email or phone negotiating to change the current ownership of the client domain and address it to whom it should be in each case.
- This plan does not carry any additional charges and is provided as part of our Customers Services.
We can also offer Satellite Location and Tracking services that allow to have permanently located vehicles, pets, valued objects, or anything the client wishes to have located through GPS technology.
